Preschool: Preschool offers a program that is designed around the preschooler's total well-being, keeping in mind that each child is an individual. A child's enthusiasm for knowledge and new experiences is never-ending.Children will have the opportunity to learn and grow physically, socially, emotionally, and intellectually. They will follow a set but flexible curriculum based on their age and existing knowledge.Children will be encouraged to generate and develop original ideas through exploration and experimentation. Experiences will be offered to stimulate growth through a variety of age-appropriate, hands-on activities in language arts, small and large motor development, science, arts and crafts, music, social studies, and mathematics. 

 

Goal: My goal is to enable each child to develop a happy, healthy attitude toward themselves, others, and school. I offer a safe place to learn, a place where children can be both independent and able to function as a member of a group. Most important, when your child leaves Mrs. Mary’s, he or she will leave with a greater sense of self-esteem and confidence, the love of school and learning, and a feeling of being accepted for who they are.
